course just outside Silverton, and attack the infamous
Upper Animas River on an exhausting 27 mile descent
down class IV and V waters, for a 2,075 foot drop (approx
80 ft/mile).
Fastest individual split time in Kayaking, regardless of team finish, wins a $500 award and a special trophy presented by Red Bull Divide & Conquer and Kayak Session Magazine.
