We all would love to be fit and healthy but the idea of going to the gym everyday to run on a hamster wheel may not be your idea of a good time.  I know it’s not mine.  I prefer to be out in nature and challenging myself.  That’s why I prefer to get on my bike and head to the nearest trail or jump into a game of pickup basketball with friends.

Sports does more than help you stay in shape it is a way to connect with friends.  It gives you the chance hone your skills and get in a good workout at the same time.  We all know the benefits that sports and fitness can have on your physical and mental health.
